Buenos Aires revisited

Well it slowly drifts to a conclusion.

We´re back in Buenos Aires, but this time, rather than the 4* in the center we´re in a small hotel in San Telmo - home of the Tango.

We arrived yesterday from Iguazu. Flying was a bit of an culture shock but a really refreshing change from buses.

From sitting by the pool in Iguazu to walking around the market in San Telmo took about 4 1/2 hours. The Plane even took a once around the falls loop which was pretty stunning.

The San Telmo area is a really vibrant and busy area. Sort of a spitalfields market spread over three of four blocks sprinkled with atmospheric bars and spiced with tango music and dancers.

Aideen is now better, although with the sheer drug volumes they use in this country, she´s gone to the opposite extreme! I think she´ll be very happy to get back to the world of All Bran and Muesli.

Tonight I plan on having the biggest ever steak (although more than 800g - my current largest - may have health implications!)...

And then tomorrow we fly.

See you all soon.
